| A human couple came to the pound, with a cream and goldish tan colored husky near them. They aproached the house, and knocked the door. The husky, by the name of Saida, looked around her surroundings as her owner conversated with another human. She let her tongue out, and panted. The place seemed as familiar, like that scary story her mother told her when she was a pup. " If you don't behave, the humans will take you to the pound. It's a place where dogs are put in cages, and if they stay there too long, people will kill them." She had behaved ever since. She looked exactly like her father, with her mother's coloring. Her owners handed the leash to the man, and obediently she followed. She looked back, and saw her owners crying. Lots of dogs were there, and the human put her in a kennel, or cage. Then he took of her collar, and leash.
She lapped up some water, not very thirsty, for her owners had given her a good meal back at home. " Her last meal will be a nice descent meal." Her woman said, she was expecting in a few months, and it was Saida's duty to take care of the baby, or so she thought. She shivered, as now she knew that this was the pound, but she just waited at the door of her kennel, waiting for her owners to return.

| Saida watched as a female human walked passed her. She stood up and tried to see her, but she came back, and checked the husky. When the human spoke to her, she twitched her ear, and cocked the head. The man that led her to the cage came back, and put a collar around her. The woman led her out of the pound, "Welcome to the family, Saida." She wagged her tail, she'd been adopted, but would miss her old family. |
